ANZ Championships
The ANZ Championships is a high-profile tournament consisting of five Australian and five New Zealand teams, competing against each other for the Tasman Trophy. Netball Australia has instructed JLT Sport to arrange General Liability, Personal Injury and Travel coverage for the ANZ Championship teams.
General Liability
General Liability cover has been arranged through the existing insurance policy held with Sportscover Australia Pty Ltd. Further information about this coverage can be found under the What’s Covered section of this website.
Personal Injury
Personal Injury cover has been arranged under the existing JLT Discretionary Trust Arrangement for the Australian Netball Risk Protection Programme. This cover is issued by JLT Group Services Pty Ltd (JGS) as Trustee and Manager and as their insurance broker, we have arranged the Insurance Cover protecting the Trust and its Members with Accident & Health International (AHI). AHI act as an agent for Allianz Australia Insurance Ltd.
The Personal Accident policy also includes cover for the following Australian Teams:
- Australian Open Squad
- Australian 21 & Under Squad

Note – Loss of Income cover also extends to include match payments received from playing and umpiring netball (including income earned from netball participation).
